Kalau di ingat balik, sebelum ni aku ade post entry yang bertajuk Celcom, Digi and Maxis, kan? Well…Bila aku fikir balik, macam tak best jek ape yang aku tulis tu, and lately entries aku kebanyakkannya aku komen tu komen ni. Hurm, aku bukan la jenis yang perengus, or yang banyak komplen. Most of the time aku just follow the flow and make the best of it. So, bile bace balik, kenape boleh jadi macam tu eik?? kenape aku banyak komplen eik?

Hari ni aku banyak habiskan masa depan laptop sibuk nak fahamkan pakej-pakej yang ade kat Maxis, Digi, and Celcom. kire aku nak buat comparison, siape sebenarnye yang mahal sangat nehhh!! Huhu. Dalam tengah godeh-godeh website maxis, aku ternampak button for "maxis online account". Yaa...aku tak pernah try service ni. padahal application die dah lame ade kat handphone aku. Ngehee...~

Ape yang ade dalam maxis online account ni, ialah bill statement kite and few other things lah. as for me yang mane bill aku kena post kat alamat rumah kat sabah, so aku sebnarnye tak pasti sangat bill aku due date bile. HAHA. dah berape bulan weehh pakai maxis bill, tapi camni  kan? Adoii..NO GOOD.

After check check bill statement tu, aku confuse kejap dari mane datangnye amount charge RM70? Bile aku baca satu persatu, baru lah aku tahu bill aku sebnarnye disatukan dengan bill broadband! adoiii..! No wonder lah, since May, bill aku mesti cecah RM200 and above. My monthly commitment fee is RM100, plus with broadband RM70, and average penggunaan aku lain-lain RM40 per month. so, that is why boleh jadi RM210.

See, how careless i am!! I am sorry maxis sebab marah-marah you. u still love me right?

Am i the only human on this earth who did not know about this? about whoever having different bill but under the same account name, your bills will be automatically consolidated. (DUSH DUSH!!! HENTAK KEPALA KAT DINDING SEKARANGGGG...!! FOOL ME!) Aku rase nak keluar rumah and tutup muke pakai paper bag right now and tulis "im an idiot".

Before, pasal bil-bil ni aku tak pernah pun amik tahu sangat. i mean, aku just tahu bayar, and tak pernah check balik, or record every payment i have made. ITS NOT HEALTHY MY FRIEND. dont do like me. Every payment yang kite buat, kite kena record, and everytime bill sampai, kite kena check. Sometimes ade error kat bill, or ade bende yang mencurigakan. if kita tak tinguk betul-betul bill tu, kita main bayar je...membazir duit dah. ITS OUR MONEY DUDE!! and penting jugak kita re-check payment yang kite buat, macam kat dalam maxis online account ni, ade gak bahagian "payment history". so boleh check payment lepas-lepas. kut kut tak masuk ke ape..you know...everything can happen with the system.

About my maxis bill, ade service yang membolehkan bill tu di asingkan. just masuk akt website ni, Maxis Online Account, and klik pada "separate bill". But musykil jugak, sebab sebelum ni aku pernah bayar broadband aku asing. pekerja maxis tu tak pulak pernah mention yang bill aku sekali ngan bill handphone. Pelik. Hurm..sebab tu lah, payment receipt sume kena simpan. kan dah pening. :(

Yaaaa....dah belajar dari situasi ni. From now on, every payment yang aku buat, aku akan record. i should be more organized. ADUHH..come on SYASYU!! grow up! -.-"

Ohh yaa..about aku nak buat comparison between maxis, celcom and digi tu kan, next post okayhh...aku still pening tinguk package-package die nih..
